2.Shipping Policy
Order Processing
After Confirmation order, we will arrange within 24 hours for non-personalized item and 3-5 days for personalized items, after that the parcel will be handed over to the carrier intermediary then exported to the destination country. This process will take no more than 7 days after receiving the order, and the customer will receive an e-mail to inform them of the tracking number.
Cancel Orders
Cancellation due to the seller can occur in the event that the product is out of stock or product is discontinued.
Cancellation by buyer or change of mind can be made within 24 hours after received confirmation e-mail is free of charge, except for personalized Items that cannot be canceled.
If you want to cancel, you will receive half of the refund.
Order Arrivals
While your package is on its way to the destination country, it will take up to 14 days, depending on the zone. as follows

2.ASIA 5-7 DAYS (FASTSHIP EXPRESS , THAI POST )
3.EU , NORTH AMERICA , MIDDLE EAST 7-10 DAY (POSTNL , UPS , ARAMEX , FASTSHIP , THAI POST)
4.REST OF THE WORLD 10-14 DAY (Depends on selected country)

When your package arrives in the destination country, it will be handed over to the local agent. Please bring the tracking number of the parcel received via

2.Return & Exchange Policy
Non available for International Orders but we offer 30days Product Warranty to replacement for impaired products, Free of charge
as follow condition
- Received the incorrect product as Wrong Item, Model, Color.
- The product has a problem that cannot be used due to the quality of the product with a warranty of not more than 30 days from the received date.
- Dropped item in order is when the parts are not received so that the product not be able to used normally, or the product is not fully received in the order.
Warranty Condition
Customers must inform any problems related to the product through “My Account”.
Along with attaching evidence of claims including:
1.Photo of QR Code product.
2.Photo of products that clearly show the problem.
How to Claim warranty & Refund
- Start with Login by use your Email must be same detail as purchased.
- Select “ Request Return ” with a reason.
- After submitted request, MUSE TEAM will take 1-3 days to review and you will get confirmation e-mail when it approved.
Our TEAM will resend your replacement or refunds as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
For International orders, Our customer no need to return impaired item. Customer must choose replacement or refund instead.
