Order Processing

After Confirmation order, we will arrange within 24 hours for non-personalized item and 3-5 days for personalized items, after that the parcel will be handed over to the carrier intermediary. This process will take no more than 5 days after receiving the order, and the customer will receive an e-mail to inform them of the tracking number.

Cancel Orders

Cancellation due to the seller can occur in the event that the product is out of stock or product is discontinued.

Cancellation by buyer or change of mind can be made within 24 hours after received confirmation e-mail is free of charge, except for personalized Items that cannot be canceled.

Order Arrivals

While your package is on its way to the destination, it will take up to 3-5 days, depending on the serviced area of carrier agency as follows

2.Return & Exchange Policy

1. Received the incorrect product as Wrong Item, Model, Color.
2. The product has a problem that cannot be used due to the quality of the product with a warranty of not more than 30 days from the received date.
3. Dropped item in order is when the spare-parts are not received so that the product not be able to used normally, or the product is not fully received in the order.

Return & Exchange Fees

1. 30days Warranty for Impaired products Free of charge.
2. Satisfaction Exchange Service within 7days, Fees 100 THB All shipment fee included

{ Higher Price must be top up , same value or lesser value items applicable if returned/exchanged product is discontinued }

Warranty Condition

How to Claim warranty & Refund

2. Select “ Request Return ” with a reason.
3. After submitted request, MUSE TEAM will take 1-3 days to review and you will get confirmation e-mail when it approved.

Our TEAM will resend your replacement or refunds as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

For Domestic orders, Our customer must need to return impaired item depends on consideration of CS Team , Customer also choose either of replacement or refund.
